My name is Jim Solis. Del Sol Guitar Works was established and started in January 2024. I’ve been playing guitar since I was 11 years old, and as a young man I wasn’t always able to afford to have my guitars worked on, so I learned to do it myself, with the tutelage and instruction of two of the finest Master Luthiers in the world. After years of helping friends, neighbors, co-workers, fellow musicians, and working in the industry, I decided to open a business, and do what I love the most.
